We are very fortunate at St Mary’s College to have an active Parents & Friends (P&F) group that collaborates with the school in various ways. They organise fundraising events, such as bake sales, movie nights, supporting special events such as Mother’s and Father’s Day along with community events, to generate funds for school projects, extracurricular activities, and equipment upgrades. These activities not only raise much-needed funds but also foster a sense of community among parents, teachers, and students.
The P&F also support the school to provide parent information sessions and workshop events to provide support and resources for parents. These sessions cover topics such as parenting support, child development, and navigating the education system. By offering these educational opportunities, our P&F help parents feel more engaged and equipped to support their children’s academic and personal growth.
Our P&F provides invaluable support to St. Mary’s College working towards fostering a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the school community.
