We are delighted to be launching our Three-Year-Old Kindergarten Program ‘Little Saints’, designed to provide a quality start to Catholic education in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for young children as they transition into our exceptional Early Learning Centre. Grounded in play-based learning, Little Saints focuses on fostering independence, self-help skills, and a strong sense of identity, ensuring that children build confidence in their early years.
The experienced and committed team at our College are dedicated to scaffolding children’s learning and development, tailoring planned play experiences to each child’s strengths, interests, and needs. Little Saints enhances development across physical, social, emotional, cognitive, language, and spiritual domains, while also prioritising self-regulation and mental well-being.
A key aspect of the three year old program is its commitment to cultural inclusivity, embedding First Nations perspectives and celebrating each child’s uniqueness, diversity, and background. Additionally, children are encouraged to develop an understanding of sustainable communities, playing an active role in promoting sustainability.
Recognising the importance of family involvement, Little Saints fosters strong parent partnerships, encouraging participation and providing support related to children’s development. Learning experiences are intentional, engaging, and designed to expand children’s thinking, promoting positive dispositions toward lifelong learning.
With a holistic, integrated approach, our college ensures that each child receives a developmentally appropriate experience that respects individual learning styles and needs. By maintaining structured routines, multimodal play opportunities, and flexible environments, the program supports children’s creativity, curiosity, and persistence.
