Introducing our 2026 leaders

December 8, 2025

Our College is proud to announce the appointment of our 2026 College Captains, a group of exceptional Year 12 students who will lead with heart, purpose, and a deep commitment to the College’s values of Courage, Love, Empathy, Acceptance and Resilience.

Selected through a process that celebrates student voice and leadership potential, the new captains will serve as ambassadors for our College, guiding their peers and representing our student body across a wide range of events and initiatives.

Ms Coby, our College Principal praised the captains for their dedication and vision: “Our College Captains are more than leaders – they are role models who live out our values every day. Their voices matter, and their leadership will help shape a culture of inclusion, respect, and excellence across our K–12 community.”

In a unique initiative that reflects the College’s commitment to student voice and whole-school collaboration, the 2026 College Captains will work closely with the Primary Student Representative Council (SRC) to foster leadership across all year levels. This K–12 partnership will include mentoring, joint projects, and shared leadership opportunities, ensuring that even the youngest students at our college feel empowered to contribute and lead.

The captains will also play a key role in promoting student wellbeing, leading assemblies, supporting College events, and working alongside staff to ensure every student feels heard, valued, and supported.

Their formal induction will take place at our Ash Wednesday College Mass in Term One, where they will receive their blessed leadership badges and pledge their commitment to serve the College community with integrity and pride.

As the 2026 school year approaches, our College looks forward to a vibrant and united student leadership team that reflects the heart of the College: a place where every student has a voice, and every leader serves with purpose with a listening heart.
