We are thrilled to be successfully implementing the Bond Blocks program once again this year as one important tool in our numeracy teaching and learning. This hands-on numeracy initiative aims at enhancing learning across our primary campus.
Bond Blocks are innovative, hands-on maths tools designed to help young learners build a strong number sense and confidence in key mathematical areas, including: counting, number bonds, addition & subtraction and pattern recognition.
These foundational maths skills are the building blocks for future learning success. With Bond Blocks, our students are learning through play, exploration, and visual problem-solving. This approach not only makes learning fun but also ensures that students develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts from an early age.
Additional Bond Blocks resource purchasing has been made possible through the generous support of our Parents and Friends (P&F) Group this year.
Our Early Learning Centre students are off to a fantastic start in their maths journey! The Bond Blocks program is already making a significant impact, fostering a love for maths and building essential skills that will benefit our students throughout their K-12 academic journey.
