Our 2025, Student Representative Council from Years 6-12 held it’s annual Leadership Day at the picturesque Broome Camp School. This event brought together students leaders from across our College in a day dedicated to learning and developing leadership skills, and enhancing our college’s core values cross campus.

Throughout the day our facilitating leaders emphasised the importance of being collaborate with a listening heart in everyday life and encouraged students to embrace their potential, being courageous in their leadership! Students participated in a series of workshops designed to develop their leadership abilities. These workshops included team-building exercises, problem-solving activities, and discussions on effective communication and decision-making. These activities not only fostered collaboration but also allowed older students to mentor younger ones, reinforcing the college’s values of being your best with courage, love, empathy, acceptance and resilience.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to reflect on their personal leadership journeys and set goals for the future. The event concluded with a heartfelt debrief where students shared their experiences and insights, celebrating their growth and achievements and planning for what they want for our college through our student voice moving forward in 2025.

Our College Leadership Day was a resounding success, leaving students empowered and inspired to lead with kindness, respect and responsibility. Our college continues to uphold its commitment to nurturing future leaders who will make a positive impact on their communities and beyond. We are very proud of our 2025 team!
