St Mary’s College works hard to ensure school fees are affordable for families, offering multiple methods of payment, and payment plans to spread the cost across the year.
School fees are billed annually at the start of the school year; approximately around Week 3, Term 1. Payment can be made via BPAY, or in person at Reception via Cash or EFTPOS. The College offers the Direct Debit payment arrangement options, via weekly, fortnightly, and monthly instalments.
The College also accepts payments via Centrepay. If you chose this option, please complete the Centrepay Deduction Form and return to the College to arrange the regular deductions from your Centrelink payment.
Do you hold an eligible Centrelink Concession Card (Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card)?
If so, please ensure a copy of the card is provided to the College, in order for the relevant discount to be applied to the account.
Any concerns regarding payment of fees, or if support is required, please discuss with the Business Manager.
