National Week of Action
Last week SMC celebrated and learnt whilst acknowledging Bullying No Way’s National week of action. The theme this year was ‘Everyone Belongs’. In Primary there was some wonderful work in the classrooms creating Belonging Mosaics and other activities. In small groups with Miss Cara, students explored what belonging means and how to help others feel a sense of belonging. Secondary House assemblies focussed on belonging and bullying prevention. On Friday members of the whole college wore purple to show support for this important week. Everyone Belongs at SMC!
