On Friday evening our primary students enjoyed a lively and fun-filled NAIDOC disco organised by our fabulous Parents and Friends (P&F) Association. The event, held in our secondary performing arts, was a wonderful way to launch NAIDOC week in a fun and family friendly way!
Our students danced to a mix of requested songs. The atmosphere was FUN and noisy as students showcased their dance moves and enjoyed the various games of limbo, karaoke and dance games set up up by the P&F team and led by some of our outstanding Year Six student leaders and Primary Leadership Team. This event aimed to foster a sense of community and family spirit, a friend raising event for students and families.
Parents and community members also played a crucial role in the success of the event, volunteering their time and resources to ensure everything ran smoothly. Delicious food and drinks were on sale all evening to keep everyone fuelled for the fun! Family involvement, led by our incredible P&F executive committee highlighted the strong community spirit and commitment we are grateful for at our college.
We look forward to our next P&F event!
