On Thursday and Friday of last week, our Certificate II Creative Industries students took part in an Oral History Workshop at Goolarri Media. Throughout the workshop, students researched, prepared for, and conducted interviews using professional recording equipment, gaining valuable hands-on experience in storytelling and media production.
In addition to being a rich and engaging learning opportunity, the workshop also contributed to their Certificate studies, supporting the completion of AHCOCM404 Record and document First Nations and/or Torres Strait Islander Community history.
We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with Goolarri Media, which continues to provide authentic and meaningful learning opportunities for our students.
