Student Services is moving
As of Monday, student services will no longer be at the Guy St entrance. If students are being driven to, and picked up from, school on time they should still enter and leave from the Guy St entrance. However, if they are late or are leaving early they need to enter or leave via student services which will now be at main reception. The Guy St entrance, both gate and door, will be locked at 7:45am and re-opened at 2:15pm. Miss Robyn will still be the student services officer, she will just be joining Miss Katie, and Miss Libby. Students will now be signed in and out from main reception, all notes and enquiries will also be dealt with at the new student services desk at the main reception area. Sick bay is also moving to main reception. We feel by having more people at reception/student services we will be able to provide a more efficient service to both students and parents.

Term 2

The solemnities of the feast of Easter have passed but the ongoing message of Christ’s love and self-sacrifice stands. It is remembered too in the scriptural epithet or saying often inscribed on war memorials: ‘greater love hath no man than this; that he should lay his life down for his friend’. Sometimes this biblical expression is abbreviated to: Greater love hath no man … ANZAC Day recalls that supreme sacrifice made by so many. It is appropriate that the College reflects on the symbolism of the day and that as a community we do our best to live out the College prayer which in part refers to the Lord God whose spirit of wisdom dwelling in the Yawuru country may teach us... and asks that each of us respect and support others ...with a listening heart.
