  • School Fees
  • Amenities Fee

  • P&F Levy

Accounts are sent out at the beginning of each term and may be paid quarterly, each semester, or annually. Special arrangements may be made with the College Business Manager for other regular payments. Direct debit from your account to the St Mary’s College account is available.

Fees are made payable to St Mary’s College and may be paid at Main Reception. Parents with a health care card can apply to have a reduction in fees.

Any concerns regarding payment of fees, or if support is required, please discuss with the Business Manager

2017 Secondary Assistance Scheme

The State Government, through the Department of Education, provides financial support to eligible parents through the Secondary Assistance Scheme (SAS). The aim of the scheme is to assist low income families with secondary schooling costs.

Eligible parents/guardians with students enrolled in Years 7 to 12 studying full-time secondary course at a WA private school will be able to apply for the SAS in 2017.

The SAS consists of two allowances:

  • $235 Education Program Allowance (payment made to the school); and
  • $115 Clothing Allowance (payment made to the parent/guardian).

Parents/guardians in receipt of the ABSTUDY School Fees Allowance from the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) are not eligible for the SAS, but may apply for the ABSTUDY Supplement Allowance.

Please refer to the Eligibility and Procedures and application forms below:
